New Version: Format is fixed

I have uploaded a new version of Carta Nautica, fixing some errors I have discovered after a review:

• Added missing decorative fonts. Now the small card icon before each event should be visible. The extra fonts have been added to the credits as well.
• The “Faraway Locations” now reference the correct event page. Useful if you play the game printed, where going back to the index each time is more cumbersome.
• The images have been correctly place to not cover any text. This change has also modified some of the formatting and distribution (thanks Libreoffice Writer...).
